I have trained with Kevin for many years and despite his best efforts my weight has continued to Yo-Yo (as it has most of my adult life).My Eureka moment came last September. My knees were killing me when I walked stairs, downward especially. I also have some respiratory insufficiency and I decided that if I lose 20 pounds both of these issues should improve. With Kevin’s support and encouragement I embarked on changing my eating and upping my exercise. I changed my eating habit to three meals a day without snacking in the evening. I cut out gluten and wheat If I am hungry between meals, I’ll grab a big spoonful of peanut butter.So, I have lost 20+ pounds and feel good. My knees aren’t perfect but immensely better. My breathing has probably improved a bit too! Im ready for what’s next.

Full Circle Fitness is a wonderful place to find the way to feel great and increase your strength and lose weight at the same time. Kevin White is empathetic to your needs, to your aches and pains and knows how to work with those of us over 55. I have lost around 50 lbs in the last 2 years, kept it off and working toward more. He can give you confidence so falling is not an issue, strengthen your muscles and overall good health. I don’t know what I would do without Fullcirlcle Fitness!
Kevin’s focus on corrective exercises to help with my gait, posture, flexibility, and core have drastically helped to improve my golf game. I’m doing things people half my age can’t do. The best part is my arthritis pain in my hips and hands are all gone!
