For parents this class is designed to challenge your anaerobic cardio by using methods such as Tabata, Plyometrics, Sprints, Agility, Kickboxing, and Quickness drills. Most drills are done in 30 seconds to 2 minute rounds with little to no rest in between. Beginners don't worry! Everybody creates there own pace and you can sit out and rest whenever you want. While you're getting your butt kick kids will be particapting in challenging obstacle courses, fun games, boxing, relay races, and much more! Everyone gets a great workout and has a fun time!
