Denver HIIT Conditioning Fitness Class - Cherry Creek / Park Hill

This class is designed to push your cardiovascular workouts to the next level! Whether you're an athlete, or just looking to burn some extra calories, this class is perfect for you! High Intensity Conditioning is fun, entertaining, motivating, and keeps you sweating for the whole hour. Timed intervals drills are designed to keep you structured and focus.  High intensity cardio drills consist of Speed Ladder, Bungee Cords, Agility Cone Drills, Kickboxing, Plyometrics, Tabata, Calisthenics  and much more!
