Weighted Lunge Jumps
Starting Position
Start in a basic lunge position, chest up and head straight. Grab a dumbbell in each hand, with palms facing in.

Begin by performing an explosive jump switching legs in the air so you land with the other foot in front of your body.  Keep the dumbbells by your side for the entire movement. Repeat this explosive jump motion until recommended number of reps for each leg are reached.

Proper Form Techniques/Injury Prevention

  • This is a great anaerobic cardio exercise.
  • Do not perform if you have a history of knee, or back problemss.
